On the left of the figure there is a Wave of Renaissance – symbolic Stella with relief figures (1995).
The monument was installed in 1992 according to the project made by young sculptors, brothers Syhorskih. The grand opening took place on August 24, 1992 honoring the anniversary of the Independence declaration of Ukraine.
After 12 years there was a 12 meter element made of bronze that was added to the monument.
The final works were finished in 1996 when the Wave was added to the monument and finished the architectural construction.
Today the square near the monument is one of the favorite places for meetings and hanging out.
