The Park of Dryjbu Narodov is located in Desnianskiy district in Kiev. The territory of the park is 219,4hectares. The Park is a favorite place for those who like active way of life and enjoy spending time outside. Here you can do cycling, waikboarding, kayak-pedding, jump on a trampoline, take part in auto rally. The exhibitions of dogs take place there on regular terms. There are a few areas in the park: memorial area, kids area, water-sport area and beaches. The essence of the name is represented in the round memorial garden. When the garden was being planted they used 15 different species of trees and bushes that symbolize friendship among all the USSR republics. For this reason there are 15 diagonalies that divide the park. Near the entrance to the park you can see a memorial tablet that warns visitors about the dangerous viper, lizzards and some other animals that you can come across in the park. They all are under protection. In the park you can find a club of water-sports “Extreme Traction” with water-ski facilities, a terrain for playing paintball (paintball club“Planet”), cycling club “PARTYZAN”, many caffees and restaurants.
