There are plenty of folk institutions in Kyiv. But if you ask any expert to tell a good Ukrainian restaurant probably the "O'Panas" would be one of the first.
This is despite the fact that European food is no less revered than Ukrainian.
The restaurant's interior is made in the folk style, well adapted to one of the most beautiful periods of our culture,that is Ukrainian Baroque.
A key element of the success of the restaurant is, of course, the kitchen. Ukrainian dishes have constituted the backbone of the menu, but there are European and author offers. But the culinary direction is not the main thing. In every dish prepared here, chef Elena Filippenko puts the piece of the soul and talent. Famous O'Panasovskie dumplings, soup and hash, fish in tereschenski, lamb and berry page are true works of art and gained the inclination of guests.
