The National Botanic Garden of the Academie of Science of Ukraine is a research activity organization. It develops andcreates new botanic gardens and parks. Also it plans the scientific base for landscape gardeningfororganisations and private establishements. It also takes part in many theoretical branches of applied botany. The National Botanic Garden is a part of wildlife preservation fund of Ukraine and is an object of complexe protection. These territories are subjected to the natural, historical and cultural ministeries of Ukraine. It is a natural cultural heritage.
